2 Teams - one ball each

Keep Possession of your ball and try to get possession of other team's ball

One point every time you have possession of two footballs

KEY OBSERVATION

  1. Work for 2 mins (start with short interval)

  1. Rest for 2-4 mins

  1. Change Area / Duration / No of Players as your observation improves

  1. Change conditions

  1. Have Resting teams and working teams

  1. Time everything - if players tire quickly - stop before time is up
