Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Writing to complain about a London's Album, which I bought in your shop last month. I spent 50 pounds for it and I required the highest quality of product, because it was to be a gift.
As it turned out the faulty album contains a number of typographical errors and miss 20 pages.
I made a purchase 20th January 2014 and it was my last day in England and this is a reason, why I didn't watch carefully goods… Moreover the shop assistant immediately packed it in decorative paper, which I didn't want destroy. My purchase I can confirm a receipt which I kept.
In this situation I must ask for my money back or a exchange of a product.
