People who constantly live under pressure are very shy and they usually don't have enough self-confidence. Stressful situations can be very bad for your organism. If you live under a lot of stress you are usually exsposed to many illnesses, because stress can have many harmful effects on your health. If you are a student you are very often under stress, for example - before or during important exams. To reduce stress you should always think positively from the beginning of your exams and do not be afraid of it. Everyone should avoid stress as often as possible.
