Motivation is individual, but almost everyone
work for love.
Money provide housing, children clothing and
food.
The opportunity for growth and development is
motivation
and includes education, and training.
Gifts for
achieving targets are very motivating.
They provide a lasting
reminder for the achievement.
In fact job interest and
satisfaction are the factor which are most motivating.
The best
motivated workers are those who truly love what they do.
Personal
time and attention from the supervisor is seen by many workers as
most rewording and motivational for them to work.
Recognition
for performance creates motivation.
Non cash rewards are the
best way to motivate staff.
Money or annual bonuses not always
are the best things that motivet.
Extra cash in the monthly pay
pocket goes into bank account or wallet.
