I December 2016 I bought Van Citroen Berlingo reg AXZ 7556 from Francis Prunty 2 Caravale Annvale Road Keady Armagh BT60 2 RF
When I go to pay VRT officer said that my document V5C is incorrect because this model of Van has only 2 seats but on my document is 3 seats that is the reason .At the present day I do not have contact with previous owner .This model was not produced with 3 seats in this offer ,somebody make mistake. I will be appreciate for resolve this and response as quick possible
