FL – niezadowolenie z obsługi w restauracji.
Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to complain about a meal and the terrible behavior of staff in “Benny’s Fast Food” restaurant. I was in your restaurant last Monday.
Firstly, I had to wait fifteen minutes to give me order, next I waited for my meal over twenty minutes. It was not fast service, when I was in a terrible rush.
The ordered food was raw and the tomatoes were rotten, although your company writes in an advert that your food is delicious and healthy.
Finally, I complained to the supervisor, who insisted on my paying for the meal. When I refused, he rudely told me to leave.
As you can imagine, I am extremely upset. I must insist on a full refund, in addition to a written apology from the company’s head office. I expect to hear from you as soon as possible.
