Ten steps to Sign Off
1. Business Cards and Standing Order
The Standing Order attached should be completed and email back before moving on to step 2.
Note that if the Standing Order is not confirmed Business Cards will not be ordered and can result in serious delays in becoming fully Authorized.
Business card drafts will be sent to you, be sure to confirm the design (such as spelling of name and preferable number)
Once you have confirmed the design business cards will be sent to any preferred address within the UK
2. Email and Dropbox
After this email all Oracle related communication will be sent through your work email.
Your work email is as follows: @oracleadvice.co.uk; password: office123
To Access this you must go to GoDadday.com
Next Click on EMAIL & TOOLS
Click: GoDaddy Webmail Login. (Do NOT click Offiec 365 Email Login as this will not allow you to log in with the details provided)
Please be sure to change the password as soon as you login.
If you would like to set it up in outlook please call the Godaddy support team at (408) 505-8877.
Once you have logged in there will be an email saying you have been invited to join a dropbox with your name on it.
Create a dropbox account using your Oracle email
In your dropbox you will find the following folders
Clients
This is where you will upload any documents related to your clients.
Create a folder for every new client.
Be sure to label the documents clearly as not doing so can result in delay in processing and consequently in pay.
3. Register with Protection and BnC Companies
The list attached is the companies we would like you to register for.
Some companies will need an authorization from Oracle, give them the following information for registration:
If they need a specific name use mine: Jessica McKenzie
If you have any trouble with any of the companies on the list please email me ASAP so that we can get it sorted.
When you are finished send a confirmation email to myself and CC info@oracleadvice.co.uk
If a confirmation is not received then we cannot move to step 5 so please get this done as soon as possible.
4. Book 1 to 1 training session with Trigold
Call Trigold and arrange a 1 to 1 to get trained on the program.
0845 068 3000 ask to be directed to 1 to 1 training.
This should be done before moving to step 5.
If you have any issues booking the training again contact me ASAP so that I can get it worked out for you.
5. Book Training with Clive for Insurance and Protection
Once you have confirm Steps 1-4 with me you will be asked to give your availability to Clive
He will book you on a session with Insurance and Protection companies along with some fellow Advisers.
This training will help you understand the process of Insurance and Protection with each company as well as get you acquainted with others who are a part the Oracle team.
6. Book Role Play with Compliance
After you have been trained you will be required to do a Role Play with Compliance Manager Lee
This Role Play will help enhance the way in which you deal and address Client concerns in real world situations.
7. Competent Adviser Tests and Sales Master Class (optional)
You will be required to take a series of test in regards to advising

This is an optional class but is highly advised you attend.
It is simply to give you a better grasp and understanding of what it takes to be self-employed and the sales market.
8. 3 Life Cases
Before you are Fully Authorized (can do Mortgages and the like) you must complete 3 Life Cases.
1 BnC
1 Life Insurance
1 Either one
These cases must have all of the relevant documents uploaded to your dropbox folder (see step 2 for details).
They must also pass Compliance and receive a green before this step can be considered completed.
9. Final Sign Off by Compliance
At the end of the steps Compliance will consider all the work, including the Role Play.
They must be fully satisfied with the quality and efficiency of your work before they give the final sign off.
10. Confirmation Email
Once you have been signed off you will receive a confirmation email much like this one with the next steps and support you can expect from Oracle.
