You and your family are staying abroad and living on a base. You are not pleased with your apartment. Write a letter to the Accommodation Officer, Maj. Bergenson, to ask about chances of changing the flat and give reasons for doing so. Think of the size , floor, heating and hot water problems, noise, neighbours.

Mr. Bergenson,

I am writing to ask you for a chances of changing flat.

Firstly I would like to change the place where I live because present flat is too small for me and my family. I live there with my wife and two little kids. Now we are expecting another child. We live in double room flat and it is not enough for three kids. Moreover floor in flat is very old and renovation is needed. The main reasons are problems with heating and hot water. From this reasons my children suffer from cold and gets flu very often.

Finally, our neighbours are drug abuse. They are very noisy and rude. In my opinion live in our present flat is not safety. I am worried about my family safety, because this neighbourhood is danger.
