Absolute
Pathname
An absolute pathname specifies a file or
directory in relation to the entire UNIX file hierarchy. The hierarchy
begins at the / (root) directory. If a pathname begins with a slash it is
an absolute pathname.
AdminTool
Administration Tool (admintool) is a system
administration utility with a graphical interface that enables
administrators to maintain system database files, printers, serial ports,
user accounts, and hosts.
Anonymous FTP
An anonymous File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is a site that is set up for
general use and does not require an account to obtain files. The word
"anonymous" is the user name and the user's e-mail address is the
password.
