Replacement of elements from FT60 battery pack (accu).

1. Split the case using a knife or a screwdriver. The two parts are glued, but easy to separate.
2. Solder the 6 elements with thin copper foils bridges as original pack (picture 5)
3. Peel 1cm insulation from the last element (minus) as shown in picture 6.
4. Insert the overload protection part (from original pack) between element 3 and 4.
5. Solder the plus and minus case outlets to the elements.
6. Glue back the cover.

Enjoy ! (I used 2100 mA Ni-MH elements instead of original 1400 mA elements)
