rocks glass. Then mix to taste with water (which actually brings

• 3/4 part sweet vermouth
• Dash of bitters
• Cherry
Mixing
To make a Manhattan, add 3/4 part sweet vermouth
and a dash of bitters to 1 3/4 parts Jim Beam
®
Rye
in a Manhattan glass. Stir vigorously, then garnish
with a cherry.

• Splash of sour mix
• Lime wedge
Mixing
Start by combining 1 1/4 parts Jim Beam

Bourbon with a
splash of triple sec and a splash of sour mix. Then blend the
mix with ice. And finally, serve this mountaintop margarita in
a salt-rimmed martini glass with a wedge of lime.
BEAM MANHATTAN
KENTUCKY MARGARITA
Ingredients
• 1 1/2 parts Jim Beam
®
Bourbon
• 1 part lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Mixing
Simply add 1/2 teaspoon sugar and 1 1/2 parts Jim Beam
®
Bourbon to one part lemon juice and shake. For added effect,
garnish with lemon or orange wedge and a cherry.

Mixing
Start by muddling 1/2 teaspoon sugar and 2 dashes

Bourbon. Top it off with a
cherry, a lemon wedge and an orange slice.
WHISKEY SOUR
OLD FASHIONED
Ingredients
• 1 1/2 parts Jim Beam
®
Bourbon
• 1/2 part rum
• 1/2 part gin
• 1/2 part vodka
• 1/2 part sweet & sour mix
• 2 parts cola
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• Lemon slice
Mixing
Once you're done gathering the ingredients, combine the
ingredients in a tall glass with ice. Shake thoroughly, then
garnish the whole thing off with a lemon slice.

• Splash of water
• Pinch of granulated sugar
• Finely crushed ice
• Fresh mint
Mixing
Dissolve the sugar in a splash of water. Fill the glass with
crushed ice and pour the Jim Beam
®
Bourbon. Stir the con-
tents until the glass becomes frosty, adding more ice if neces-
sary (don't hold the glass while stirring). Finally, garnish
the glass with sprigs of mint.
LONG ISLAND
BEAM MINT JULEP
Ingredients
• 3/4 cup Jim Beam
®
Bourbon
• 6 large egg yolks
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 1/2 cups milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4-teaspoon nutmeg
Mixing
This one involves a bit of prep time. But what else is there to
do on a cold winter night? Start by beating the egg yolks and
sugar in a medium saucepan. Slowly beat in 2 cups of milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring with a metal spoon until the
mixture coats the back. Then, remove from heat and strain
into a container. Stir in the remaining milk, Jim Beam
®
Bourbon, vanilla and nutmeg. For best results, cover and
chill at least eight hours. Makes 4-6 servings.
BEAM BLACK

& ORANGE MARTINI
Ingredients
• 4 parts Jim Beam Black
®
Bourbon
• 1 1/2 parts amaretto liqueur
• 2 drops bitters
• Splash fresh-squeezed orange juice
• 2 lime wedges
Mixing
To conjure this drink up, combine Jim Beam Black
®
Bourbon,
amaretto, bitters and orange juice in a martini glass. Muddle
the mix with lime wedges. For added effect, serve the whole
thing up with an orange wheel.
BEAM EGGNOG

Ingredients
• 1 1/2 parts Jim Beam
®
Bourbon
• 4 1/2 parts hot apple juice/cider
• Lemon wedge
• Cinnamon stick
Mixing
In a large mug, combine 4 1/2 parts hot apple juice or cider
with 1 1/2 parts Jim Beam
®
Bourbon. Stir briskly. For best
results, garnish it off with a lemon wedge and cinnamon
stick.
