Display Settings
Display settings allow you to customize the backlight, software text language, and
color scheme.
To change display settings, select (Menu >) Settings > Display.
Backlight (not available on all phones) - select a backlight setting.
Text - select a language for the software. This does not change the map text.
Color Mode - select Day (light background with dark text), Night (dark background with light text),
or Auto (colors change according to the time of day).
Screen Timeout (Palm devices only) - select Enabled (screen turns off based on the Palm Auto-Off setting),
Disabled (screen remains on), or Auto (Garmin Mobile XT turns off the screen based on the Palm Auto-Off setting; the screen remains on when connected to external power).
