Remember

• Short adjectives + -est: tall – tallest
• Short adjectives ending in one consonant double the

last letter + -est: hot – hottest

• Long adjectives (more than two syllables): most +

adjective: most amazing

• Be careful of irregular adjectives, e.g. good, bad.
