shifting your other knee towards your oponents

upperleg. 

 

 

 

 

You then apply pressure on his upperleg

with your knee 

Alternative Angle.

Detail: You pull up your oponents arm

to create more space to pass his guard. 

 

 

You now push your knee to the ground.

You've passes your opponents guard.
