Instructions:

Print out the frame on regular paper or cardstock, then cut the frame out. Using your favorite pen, fill in the details of the

party. Use a craft knife to cut a hole in the center for your picture. Tape your picture to the back of the frame so that your photo shows
through the opening. If you don’t want to cut a hole, you can also paste your picture directly in the center of the frame. You can also
decorate the frame with stickers or embellishments that you purchase at a craft store. Try using buttons, glitter, ribbon, brads, etc.
