Important!
For us to respond to queries as quickly as possible, it is important you always email to:

Registration as a certified Sensi Seeds dealer
To be registered as a certified Sensi Seeds dealer, please send the following details to
[e-mail]:
• Company name
• Company address
• Telephone and fax numbers
• Chamber of commerce registration number
• Delivery address for orders if different from company address
• Name of contact person
• Email address of contact person
• Website address

Wholesale discount
Sensi Seeds works with a wholesale price for retailers based on 50% of the retail price exclusive VAT.
The price lists for retailers of Sensi Seeds, White Label and Flying Dutchmen also show prices based
upon this calculation.

Place and confirm your orders online
After we receive your company details we will email you your log-in information.
This information will allow you to place your orders online via http://wholesale.sensiseeds.com
After placing your order online you will receive an email with your order, listing all the products you
have ordered and the total invoice amount.
You must confirm receipt of this email! The order will not be definite until receipt of the email has been
confirmed.
You can still change your order at that point. Once receipt of your email has been confirmed, your order
will be shipped and you will receive a tracking code that you can use to view the status of your pack-
age. You will receive the invoice, including VAT and shipping costs, with your package.

Payment
The first order you place with us must be at least € 1500,- (excl. VAT). Orders are only delivered after
payment has been received. After the total invoice amount has been received on our bank account,
your order will be directly processed and shipped.

Repeat customers
Once a good business relationship has been established, payment terms can be negotiated.

Shipping costs
Sensi Seeds ships all orders over and above € 500,- free of cost.
For orders below € 500,- we will charge a fee for the shipping.

Accepting the shipment
As a rule of thumb, once the goods have been shipped by Sensi Seeds, they will be delivered to you
within 24 hours. Check the package well before you sign for it!
If the package is damaged, open or taped shut with unfamiliar tape, we recommend you reject the
delivery.
The courier will take the package back again and you should not sign anything!
Please contact us immediately so that we can prepare and ship a new delivery.
If you accept a damaged or open package anyway, we are in no way accountable for the contents.

Promotional materials
With your first order you will receive a free and extensive Sensi Seeds promotional package. By using
the Sensi Seeds promotional materials you are showing you are a certified Sensi Seeds dealer.

Unfortunately the Silver Pearl of Sensi Seeds is no longer in supply.
We have changed the names of the following White Label seeds:

Recommended selling prices and discounts
We ask you to follow the retail prices and discounts recommended by Sensi Seeds.
You can find the Sensi Seeds recommended selling prices on the Sensi Seeds Price list for retailers.
Sensi Seeds recommends the following retail discounts:
• Discount of 10% on seed purchases of more than € 500,00
• Discount of 15% on seed purchases of more than € 1000,00
• Discount of 20% on seed purchases of more than € 2000,00

Sensi Seed Bank b.v. specialises in the trade of medical hemp seed.
Importing, stocking and supplying hemp seed is exempted from regulation under the 1961 u.n. Single
Convention on narcotic drugs and affiliated international treaties. In countries such as the Netherlands,
freedom to trade hemp seed is clearly incorporated in the national Opium or Narcotics Act legislation.

Warning!

Unfortunately, regulation and implementation in respect of hemp seed often differ

from country to country. For this reason we advise you as a matter of urgency to make

inquiries about the regulations to which you are subject.

Sometimes an exemption can be obtained for the industrial, medical and agricultural applications of
hemp seed.
In a number of countries trade of hemp seed does not require a permit. However, a notification
requirement is sometimes imposed in the event that hemp seed is imported or exported for the
purposesmentioned above. If notification requirement is applicable, you should in good time inform us,
the authorities or both.

Some nations prohibit the growing of Cannabis for industrial and medicinal use. Principally we believe
that the relief from pain and suffering offered by medical marijuana has been proven and is more
important than any unclear local legislation.

Sensi Seed Bank b.v. has to work within the conflict between law and moral obligation. We do not want
to violate or interfere with the legislation of any country by dispatching seeds. We feel we have an
obligation under universal law to help people who suffer.
We dispatch our seeds on the condition that they will not be used by others in conflict with applicable
local law. Sensi Seed Bank b.v does not wish to induce anyone to act in conflict with the law.

We expressly point out that all those who purchase seed from Sensi Seed Bank b.v. are responsible
fortheir own actions in the future. Sensi Seed Bank b.v. will accept no responsibility in this respect.

Sensi Seed Bank b.v. does not accept any product liability.

As a Sensi Seed Bank b.v. customer you are required to comply with the following conditions:You are
prohibited from distributing Sensi Seed Bank seeds to countries where possession of and/or trafficking
