Dear Health Conscious Reader,

The following ‘Aging Report’ will describe how natural aging processes are accelerated and will provide you with natural
health nutrition and lifestyle tips that will actually reverse accelerated aging. You may be curious as to why we are not
charging a fee for this report. We originally came together and put this report together because we, as individuals, wanted
to know the secret to eternal youth. Having nitpicked and critically analyzed hundreds of peer reviewed university
conducted studies over years of diligent research, we decided to share this information with the public rather than trying to
charge for it because that was the right thing to do. We all have the right to restore our youth, wellness, and live longer
lives. We end the report with strategies that you can implement that will allow you to:

Put elasticity back into your skin so that the wrinkles disappear and the skin surface glows

Grow healthier, glistening hair and nails

Feel energy coursing through your muscles and veins

Improve your memory

Have more sexual energy and stamina

Develop a stronger immune system

Lower your cholesterol levels

Build strong and healthy bones

Feel the optimism of youth every morning

It's never too late to implement strategies to help slow down the onrush of aging even when we have not practiced the
best anti-aging strategies in the past.

Sincerely, The Naturecast Research Team

Put aside what you "know” about human aging. Imagine I have a magic wand. And
when I wave it in front of you your body is instantly transformed. Your face looks
young again. Your muscles are firm. The wrinkles and sags you've grown used are
gone. Instead you have a firm young body.

And it's not just skin deep. Your heart and lungs are young too. You joints are lithe.
Your muscles are strong. And your immune system is firing on twelve cylinders.

Imagine how great you would feel. Imagine the strength, the flexibility and the
endless energy. And that's to say nothing of the acuteness of your hearing and your
"prowess” in the bedroom. Oh, how youth is wasted on the young!

Let's get back to reality. There is no magic wand. But if you follow the nutrition,
fitness, and lifestyle tips discussed in this report, you can actually fight aging… and
perhaps even reverse aging!

While science fiction writers have been churning out books about turning back the
clock of time, medical science has been diligently working away. Researchers in
biochemistry have been studying why and how aging takes place. And they have
been making amazing discoveries.

Listen, for example, to this amazing statement by Dr. Ronald Klatz, president of the
American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine:

"The reality for 76 million Baby Boomers will be an average life span in excess of 100
years, with unexpectedly good health -- so much so, in fact, that you will scarcely be
able to tell a fit and active 65-year old from a healthy and athletic 105-year-old."

Dr. Klatz is no wild-eyed theoretician. He is one of the foremost professionals in the
field of longevity and anti-aging medicine. And The American Academy of Anti-Aging
Medicine is no splinter group. It comprises more than 1,100 researchers, physicians,
and scientists from over 30 countries around the world.

New research is published almost every week. And health professionals like Dr.
Klatz are transforming that research into reality.

The Keys to Successful Aging

We all choose to nourish our bodies differently, engage in different physical activities, and live in different environments;
our physical conditions and appearances will vary greatly at the same chronological age. This also affects the so-called
diseases that are anticipated with aging.

Age reversal is possible but it’s important we begin to with an

understanding about how we

can age successfully

.

According to new research conducted at the University College London and published on October 22nd in the Canadian
Medical Association Journal, the

four keys to maintaining successful aging are

:

1) no smoking

2) moderate drinking of alcohol

3) regular exercise, and

4) having a diet that includes regular consumption of fruits and vegetables.

In this study, researchers defined successful aging as having the following at 60 years of age or older: good mobility,
normal lung function, cognitive skills, and no chronic disease such as cancer, stroke, diabetes, or disability. Researchers
monitored a total of 5100 subjects between the ages of 42-63 years old for sixteen years and were able to correlate to a
higher likelihood of successful aging with those four habits.

According to lead researcher, Dr. Severine Sabia: "Our study shows the cumulative impact of healthy behaviors on
successful aging -- the greater the number of healthy behaviors, the greater the benefit."

Now that we have defined successful aging, let’s take a look at how we accelerate our aging process. Here are a few ways:

Avoiding exercise

Unprotected sun exposure

Overdependence on fast foods

Junk foods

Eating refined and highly processed foods

Overloading on refined sugar

Stress

Smoking

And so….How can we reverse the natural aging process?

Here are a few simple ways to reverse this process:

Regular exercise helps in two ways.

(1) It will cut down your stress. Many studies have shown physical exercise helps people manage stress.

(2) When you exercise on a regular basis, this will help your entire body functions better, enhancing cell renewal
processes and cell repairing processes.

What you can do:

Anti- Aging Diet

Nutrition: Cleaning Up and Balancing Out

There are many creams, solutions, serums, and cleansers that make claims about their age reversing qualities, but what
may be better to try first is to

nurture your body from the inside out

.

What you can take out or limit the consumption of in your diet?

1.

Fast foods.

They tend to be high in fat, refined sugar, salt and highly processed. Try to cut down these foods and use alternatives.

2.

Refined sugar

Sweets and other refined carbs raise blood-glucose levels, which in turn increases the creation of AGEs

— advanced

glycation end products. The aptly named AGEs take a toll on skin by interfering with the normal repair of collagen and
elastin, a protein that allows skin to resume its shape after stretching or contracting.

3.

Unnecessary/unhealthy fats.

"Eating a lot of saturated fat induces skin-aging inflammation"

Jane Grant-Kels, M.D., chair of dermatology at the University of Connecticut in Farmington.

Beyond its role in promoting heart disease, saturated fat

— the type found in marbled meats and full-fat dairy products —

may also make you look older.

4.

Reducing salt.

It can go a long way to helping your body to reverse the accelerated aging process.

5.

Junk food.

It’s called junk for a reason. Food like chips, sodas and candies are virtually empty calorie foods with little nutrition. You
can replace foods like these with healthier snacks like fruit and vegetables or granola.

5.

Excess Alcohol

Perhaps you've woken up after a night of margaritas desperate for water. That's a sign of dehydration. And even if you
don't regularly drink to excess, alcohol can still take a toll on your skin, making it dry, taut, and lined. Also, as the liver
metabolizes alcohol, it creates free radicals

— that other enemy of firm, youthful skin.

Anti- Aging Diet continued-

"Nutrition plays an important part in limiting the aging process and helping to protect against damage from UV rays, the
number one cause of lines and wrinkles," says Adam Friedman, M.D., director of dermatologic research at Albert Einstein
College of Medicine in New York City.

What you can add to your diet:

-Vitamin C foods

-Lean protein

-Fatty fish

-Replace white bread, white rice, white-flour breads and cakes, and other refined grains in your diet with whole grains, you
immediately reap a benefit. "Refined grains can raise insulin levels, which in turn causes inflammation that damages the
skin," according to the highly boosted Dr. Friedman.

-Whole grains are a good source of selenium

— a mineral that helps protect against injury from UV rays. Beyond the

beauty-related payoffs, a 2009 Australian and Dutch study found that higher concentrations of selenium in the blood were
associated with about a 60% lower incidence of non-melanoma skin cancers.

Limiting yourself to the recommended three to five servings a day of whole grains will allow you a helpful serving of
selenium without packing on the calories that can add up quickly with high-carb foods. Athletes or highly active folks may
often require more.

-Grains rich in selenium include brown rice, oatmeal, barley, and whole wheat.

-Brazil nuts, beef, eggs, and turkey, as well as tuna, sardines, and salmon, also deliver selenium.

-Consume colorful produce for optimal nutrition.

Nutritional Supplements

Adding nutritional supplements to your diet may also help your body to heal and improve your immune system. This will
help in the anti-aging process and make your whole body function better. They often help with aiding the body to rid itself
of toxins and fight against toxic substances that can enter the body.

Glyconutrients

are especially useful and can be found in a few natural foods, but are best obtained through

nutritional supplementation.

Another useful supplement is

chlorella

. This is a small green algae. It contains an extremely high level of

chlorophyll, protein, carbohydrates, all of the B vitamins, vitamins C and E, amino acids (including all nine essential
ones), enzymes and rare trace minerals. The normal dose is 1-2 teaspoons of chlorella twice a day.

HGH

At the age of 30, people have spent most of their lives with fairly high levels of human growth hormone (HGH). HGH is

responsible for growth during childhood -- and for the repair and regeneration of human tissue throughout our lives. By the time we reach
the age of 30, our HGH levels are only about 20 percent of their peak levels during childhood, and after the age of 30, they continue to
decline at about 12 to 15 percent per decade, and often much more. By the time most of us are 30 years old, our bodies no longer
produce enough HGH to repair all of the damage that is occurring in our bodies. As our HGH levels continue to decline, the damage that

we call aging continues to accelerate

”.

-FutureScience.com

A study conducted by the Palm Springs Life Extension Institute in collaboration with the Medical college of Wisconsin
gave HGH treatments to 202 people aged 39 to 74 and achieved an average increase in muscle strength of 88%! This
amazing improvement was achieved in a matter of weeks, not years.

11

HGH is a protein of about 190 amino acids. It is synthesized and secreted in the pituitary gland by cells called
somatotrophs. HGH is entirely natural and entirely necessary for healthy functions. It is a major participant in control of
several complex physiologic processes, including growth and metabolism.

HGH has an anabolic effect on the body. That means it builds up muscles and tissues. Below are just of the important
roles that HGH plays in your body.

Increases calcium retention, and strengthens and increases the mineralization of bone

Increases muscle mass through sarcomere hyperplasia

Promotes lipolysis

Increases protein synthesis

Stimulates the growth of all internal organs excluding the brain

Plays a role in homeostasis

Reduces liver uptake of glucose

Promotes gluconeogenesis in the liver

Contributes to the maintenance and function of pancreatic islets Stimulates the immune system

In addition, HGH reduces excess body fat (especially abdominal fat), increases muscle mass, reduces wrinkling of the
skin, increases skin elasticity, reverses cognitive decline, stimulates the production of the bone marrow cells that produce
red blood cells and slows the progression of cardiovascular disease.

In other words HGH is a miracle hormone when it comes to delaying or even reversing all the major aspects of aging. It
works on the inside and the outside, on your skin and on your muscles and internal organs. And, as an added plus, it also
boosts sexual performance in men.

background image

12

In 1990, considerable excitement was generated from a report by Rudman and colleagues which described wonderful
effects of HGH treatment in a small group of elderly men. These volunteers, who ranged in age from 61 to 81 years,
showed increased lean body and bone mass, decreased fat mass and, perhaps most dramatically, restoration of skin
thickness to that typical of a 50-year-old.

However, directly injecting HGH into your body is not that simple. First of all, direct HGH injections are incredibly
expensive. In fact, you can expect prescription HGH therapy to cost about $1000 a treatment.

Unfortunately, the cost is actually not the biggest problem. Direct HGH supplementation comes with a high risk of serious
side effects, including:

Premature death (in case of acromegaly)

Heart enlargement (due to prolonged use of HGH. Can't be reversed)

Low blood sugar with risk of going into a diabetic coma

Excessive hair growth all over the body

Excessive water retention

Liver damage

Thyroid damage

But there is now a solution. And it comes from Mother Nature, who always seems to give us a safer way to do what drugs
do without side effects.

GREEN TEA

is rich in polyphenols, antioxidants that are also anti-inflammatory. "Regular consumption

— two to

three cups a day

— will result in better skin texture and inhibit wrinkling," says Santosh K. Katiyar, Ph.D., a

professor of dermatology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Another skin payoff: By helping sun-exposed
cells repair themselves more rapidly, the polyphenols in green tea may also cut the risk of non-melanoma skin
cancer.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If you are a smoker, consider the following:

Studi

es show that smoking interferes with the body’s ability to produce new collagen and also leads to premature

wrinkling. Combine a heavy cigarette habit with regular, unprotected sun exposure and you’re more than 10 times more
likely to develop wrinkles than

people your same age who don’t smoke and stay out of the sun.

"Control the environmental causes of aging, and while you might see fine lines in your early 30s, you can minimize dilated
blood vessels, deeper wrinkles, and loss of elasticity to your late 40

s or 50s,” says Joshua Zeichner, MD, director of

cosmetic and clinical research in dermatology at New York’s Mt. Sinai Medical Center.

All these points will help you change your eating and exercise habits for the better. This will go a long way towards
reversing the accelerated aging process. You will not only feel healthier but you will also feel younger and have more
energy to enjoy your life.
