Drill Press Wood Working Table
DIRECTIONS
1.) Adjust Measurements to fit your Drill Press Table
2.) Material is ¾” MDF (Medium Density Fiber Board)
3.) Cut two pieces of ¾” MDF and glue them together for the
Fence. Make sure that edges are perpendicular. Cut a ¼”
chamfer on the front bottom edge of fence as a sawdust
“relief”.
4.) Cut Dadoes in Table Hold Down Rails (Drill Press Table
should slide smoothly in and out of rails). Use your Drill Press
Table to line them up Square on the bottom of the wood table.
Use glue and ¾” drywall screws to secure.
5.) Position fence along the back edge of TableTop and drill a
clearance hole for a ½” Carriage bolt through Fence and Table.
6.) Install a ½” x 4 ½” Carriage bolt from the bottom of the Table
through the fence. Top it off with one washer and a wing nut.
