Quick-Start Guide :

Obviously the first step in creating a ghostwritten Kindle
book is to find and research a profitable genre. Now, for
the purposes of this checklist I'm going to assume you
already know how to do this and have done so.

After you've got your Kindle book idea, follow this checklist and get your project started.
Step One: Compile a Basic Outline: Pg. 7
Ę% Review the 3 powerful reasons that it s important provide a detailed product
outline discussed on Pg.7.
Ę% On Pg. 8 Read the 3 steps necessary to produce a quality product outline.
Ę% Use the sample outline I provided as a template for your finished outline.
Step Two: Write a Good Project Description: Pg. 9
Ę% See why a good project description is just as important as the outline.
Ę% Why project formatting is VERY important... Pg. 10
Ę% Consider using the list of 6 items that I think are a required part of every
project description.
Ę% Use the 2 simple sentences I reveal on Pg. 14 that virtually guarantees you
the lowest bids possible.
Step Three: Post Your Project: Pg. 15
Ę% This step is pretty straight forward, but you ll want to look over the list of sites
to post your project. You ll find the list on Pg. 15 and 16
Ę% While you re on Pg. 16 check out the tip that will get you a great variety of
writers who are dieing to get your business.
Ę% Post your project. The process is different depending on which sites you post it
on, so just follow the instructions listed on the sites you choose.
Step Four: Evaluate the Bidders: Pg. 16
Ę% Reputation - Are they well known and respected in the field? Pg. 16
Ę% History  How long have they been around. Pg. 17
Ę% Samples  Check out their previous work. Pg. 17
Ę% Experience  Are they already an expert in the topic? Or, have they done a lot
of writing on your topic already? Pg. 17
Ę% Fluency  How well can you communicate with them? Pg. 18
Ę% Price  The thing I m least concerned about. Pg. 18
Step Five: Make Contact and Negotiate: Pg. 19
Ę%Take the information from step 4 and narrow down your list of writers to just a
few (3-5) and put them on your  A List . Put all the rest on your  B List .
Ę% Use the site s internal messaging system to contact your  A-List writers.
Ę% Take the suggestions on pages 19 and 20 to negotiate for the best price and
extras.
Step Six: Stay in Regular Contact: Pg. 20
Ę% Stay in contact with the writer. Get samples at regular intervals according to
the project outline.
Ę% When you read the samples the writer gives you be sure to give them
feedback. That way you know it s progressing in the direction you want.
Step Seven: Review the Finished Product: Pg. 21
Ę% This is your last chance to make sure the finished product is exactly the way
you want it. Be sure to read it several times from start to finish with a critical
eye.
Ę% Outline any changes you need the writer to make.
Ę% When you re satisfied with the product, pay the writer.
Ę% Consider throwing in a little cash bonus, to show your appreciation for a job
well done.
Ę% If the writer did a good job, you might want to get them right back to work
producing more content for you.
Ę% If you re really happy with the job the writer did consider asking if you can add
them to your  Contact Book of writers for future projects.
Congratulations, you re done!
That s it! You should now have a quality product that provides great content and will
improve the life of your customers.
