a ring. 
 
Rnd 1) Ch 6 (counts as first dc plus ch 3), (dc, ch 3) 5 times 
in ring; join with a sl st to first dc: 6 dc/6 sps.  
 
Rnd 2) Sl st in next sp; ch 1, (sc, hdc, 4 dc, hdc, sc, ch 1) in 
same sp; * (sc, hdc, 4 dc, hdc, sc, ch 1) in next ch 3 sp; rep 
from * around; join with a sl st in first sc: 6 petals.  
 
Rnd 3) Ch 1, sl st in ch 3 sp on rnd 1, next to first dc made; *

Using the back of pattern cut 2 pieces of 
fabric 1/4" larger than pattern. With right 
sides  together  and  leaving  a  1  1/2" 
opening, sew fabric pieces together using 
1/4" seam allowance. Turn right side out. 
Press  if  desired.  Fill  with  potpourri  and 
hand sew opening closed.  
 
Sachet Front:  
 
Repeat  instructions  for  sachet  back 
through rnd 11. Do not end off.  
 
Joining & Edging:  
 
Rnd  1)  With  both  sides  of  sachet  held 
together,  wrong  side  facing  each  other; 
ch 3, working over both ch 9 sps on front 

and back, 4 dc in same sp, ch 2; * 9 dc in 
next sp over both sides, ch 2; rep from * 
around;  4  dc  in  last  sp  over  both  sides; 
join with a sl st to first dc: 108 dc.  
 
Rnd  2)  Ch  1,  sc  in  joining;  *  ch  5,  sk 
next 3 dc, sc in next dc, ch 5, sk next sp, 
sc  in  next  dc,  ch  5,  sk  next  3  dc,  sc  in 
next dc; rep from * around; join with a sl 
st in first sc. Fasten off; secure ends.
