Because of the variety of uses and huge variation in the
number of property titles likely to be revealed (from 2 to
hundreds of thousands) UKLRS offers several options:
OPTION 1 - PROPERTY TITLE
NUMBERS & ADDRESSES
This option is for customers wishing to know the addresses of
properties owned, as well as their Title Numbers. We provide:
" Spreadsheet either in Excel (Windows) or Numbers
(Mac) format
" Title Numbers of properties that are owned by the
organisation searched
This search is similar to Option 1 save that the Title Register

Sub-prime mortgages
A sub-prime mortgage is the general term used to identify the payment quality of a person who has
taken out a further mortgage on his property where his credit history has become weakened and is
assessed as having a greater risk of loan default than a prime borrower.
A person s credit rating is built up over time and if this is unduly low such a person may be
assessed as a greater risk. A sub-prime mortgage would be given in such circumstances, which
charges a higher rate of interest than that charged to a prime borrower..
