Drill Press Wood Working Table 30 L x 27 W x ¾ T MDF Board Clearance Hole for ½ Carriage Bolt DIRECTIONS 1.) Adjust Measurements to fit your Drill Press Table 30 L x 1 W x ¾ T Table Hold Down with a ź x ź Dado Rails 2.) Material is ¾ MDF (Medium Density Fiber Board) MDF Board 3.) Cut two pieces of ¾ MDF and glue them together for the TABLE Fence. Make sure that edges are perpendicular. Cut a ź chamfer on the front bottom edge of fence as a sawdust relief . 4.) Cut Dadoes in Table Hold Down Rails (Drill Press Table Clearance should slide smoothly in and out of rails). Use your Drill Press Hole for ½ Table to line them up Square on the bottom of the wood table. 27 L x 2 ½ W x 3 H Carriage Bolt Use glue and ¾ drywall screws to secure. MDF Board 5.) Position fence along the back edge of TableTop and drill a clearance hole for a ½ Carriage bolt through Fence and Table. 6.) Install a ½ x 4 ½ Carriage bolt from the bottom of the Table through the fence.
