These graphic files are the product of Lonetta Avelar (Creative Victorian Designs) and are protected by international copyright laws.
All files are created at 300 DPI and in .jpg or .png format unless otherwise specified.
Papers are created at 12"x 12" but can be easily resized to fit your individual needs.

YOU MAY:
*You MAY modify/alter these files to suit your needs (color, size, etc.). Any modified/altered files are protected by international copyright law and may not be shared or used for commercial gain without the express written permission of Lonetta Avelar.
*You MAY use these digital images in part or in whole in layouts that will be submitted to Scrapbooking and related magazines for publication, giving proper credit to Creative Victorian Designs, including any graphic you have altered in any way.
*You MAY alter any graphics with respect to color, size OR by adding to or removing from them.
*You MAY submit your layouts using Creative Victorian Designs products to magazines and other publications that grant prizes (money or gifts) for selection as long as proper credit is given.
*YOU MAY use purchased personal use items in your S4H and S4O small business as long as the finished LO is given to your client in a flattened PNG or JPG format only or a finished layout print. Web design is a commercial venture and does not fall under S4O/S4H.
