Feared Art of Necrmancy The Crossover

background image

Over the Eaons Necromancy has been associated with many traditions spanning back centuries
from Witchcraft, Satanism, Voodoo, and Shamanism ect. Even the Methodology in itself has
changed over time, but for the most part the tools have stayed the same. Ironically though i
found it interesting how the Old Gods became Devils and Demons today.

For example Bael aka Ba’al in the old days used to be known as Lord in Chaldeon
Language,(later identified as Canaanite in Biblical) was known as El meaning king of the Gods
within Bible due to the title given. Lucifer known as Prince within Satanism,Emperior in Grimoire,
or the Arch Angel from Christian perspectices (Isaiah 14:12) can be traced back to Ancient
Greek identified as Phosperos the DayStar. So Spiritual Entities have been around in one form
or fashion aiding mankind in all sorts of manors.

As time went on we see how Alchemy and Herbalism found their way into the practices of the
Practitioners such as the Haxa (swedish) the Aje (African) and the Strega (Romanian & Italian)
to heal, make sick, and to Kill through baneful sorcery. Lets take a few minutes to describe
some of these sources where Spiritual Entities, Herbalism, and Alchemy and how their practices
were utilized.

-Dark Shamanism

Dark Shamans practiced what is known as Kanaima which is practiced in Brasil, Venezuela and
the Highlands of Gayana. This practice involved Stalking, Mutilation, Lingering Death, and
Consumption of HumanVictims.

-Black Shamanism

Black Shamanism is practiced in both Mongolia and Siberia, and viewed as working with Evil or
Baneful Spirits. This Tradition dates back to the Thirteenth Century and to the Practitioners of
the kown as the People of Defience led by Gangus Khan known today as the Darkhad.

The best source todate upon Dark Shamanism is by Neil L. Whitehead and Robin Wright called
Dark Shamans: Kanaima and Poetics of Violant Death.

Personally the book called The Anthopology of Assualt Sorcery and Witchcraft in Amazonia is
top notch in my personal opinion due to the detailed scope of the Practices themselves within
Dark and Black Shamanism.

-Nekyia also known as Nekya is a spiritual practice closely resembling Shamanism within the
Tools and Herbalism. This Ancient Greek Practice is sometimes confused with Katabasis, the
Shadow, etc. in todays world.

-Katabasis is the physical journey into the underworld such as in the story of Homers Oddyssy.

background image

-Nekya is spiritual journey of Manifesting Spirits into the physical realm/plane such as found in
the Rite of Manifistation which is described which Ghosts are brought forth to be questioned,

Kata means “down” to walk or go forth.

Think of these stories for example-

(1) Greek Persephone
(2) Sumerian Inanna
(3) Sedan Anuit tale

In psychological or philosophical world of historical accounts we view and see this katabasis vs
the Spiritual journey within a few well placed sources still around today in book stores.

(1) Descent into the dark world of the sub-concious

by Carl Jung

(2) Dark Night of the Soul

By St. John of the Cross

Even in a religious perspective which is what most of the worlds practices have become over
the Cunturies we can see the influences within this ancient practices.

(1) Temple of Outer Witchcraft by Christopher Penziek we see where it has been associated

as an Art, a Science, and a Religion.

(2) Mind, Body, & Soul by Andrew Wommack within a christian perspective has identified

three aspect of the self. Here we see as the Mind (Personality) the Body (Physical) and
the Soul (Devine) within the trinitatian view of the three and one godhead.

(3) Carl Jung adopted the Art of Nekyia as a Symbol of the Psyche.
(4) Francis Berrett in his book the Magus volume one took it from a Supernatural/ Spiritual

perspective through the Art of Divination within two views

(1) Rejuvination
(2) Conjuration

The word itself Kata equals to Gnosis “Occult” meaning Hidden.

(5) Fredriek Neiteche took thos concept as the Abysmal Avenue within the aspects of the
Faustian Deal spoken of within the Pactas Daemonum.

Here we also view the mythologies of descent into the underworld through Eriskagal, Astarte,
Hel, Izamani, Hine-Nua- Tepo and even Inanna herself.

background image

In other ways we also see the influences within the maelstrom connections world wide within the
stories of Orpheus, Odysseus, and Hercule. Even more perplexing in concept is the view in
todays society where they are viewed as Iblis (Islamic) Lucifer (Roman) Satan (Hebrew) and
Al-Shaitian (Islamic) down to the Greek Prometheus who stole fire from the Gods and was
Punished or Cast out.

-Nigromancy

Nigromancy is known as Black Magic due to its Latin Spelling unlike Nekya in the Greek, we
see here where it is spelled “Niger” meaning Black and “Mancy” meaning Prophacy.
Nigromancy is associated with Alchemy so let us view for a moment-

(1) Alchemy

Alchemy is a form of Science practiced within the breaking down of Components into there most
basic compound structures. We see this practiced in many cultures and spellings.

(1) Alquemie Old French
(2) Alkimie in Medieval Latin
(3) Al-Kimiya or Khemeia in Arabic
(4) Keme in Egyptian known as Black Earth aka Black Magic

Papal Bulll of 1326 is the Link speaking to the Pestilential Plague.
Nigromancy is the link to Devil Worship within the form of Black Magic aka Chiromancy

This is broken down by the language utilized most within Cuneiform Latin aka Pig Latin which
was Spoken throughout the Dark Ages, Crusades, and Holy Wars.

(1) Conjuro
(2) Adjuro
(3) Exorcizo

Basically translating to “I Conure, I Adjure, and i Exorcise Thee within the Influences of
Peoplatonic, Jewish, Islamic, traditions heavily impacting the cultures through Doctrines of the
most aggressive and insertive practices todate.

-Augustine suggested Demons to be natural bodies of air, and allowd- they may be also caporial
in nature.

-Thomas Aquinas in 1272 thought Demons were incaporial and were compressed air.

-Hand Book aka the Malleus Maleficarum or witches Hammer of 1486 drew upon Aquinas work
and said that demons spoke through elements of the environment.

-Necromancy

Necromancy is the First of the Seven Forbidden Arts to Practice according to the Catholic
Church. This is also confirmed within the Necromancers Manual for the FIfteenth Century
Practitioners by RIchard Kieckhefer known today as Forbidden Rites. Here we see yet again the
Alchemical Expiriments on a Physical nature within the same views as carl jung and Augustine
down to Fredriek Neische. But instead of psychological perspectives of decent or ascension we
view them here as actual scientific experiments performed to bring forth feasts, armies, and
structures into reality out of nothingness aka thin air!.

The herbalism in Necromancy is still used today world wide both in Spiritual Entities and in
Herbal Remedies such as Oliums, Drinks, and or Powders.

Sem Priesthood

These Priests are known as the Embalmers and are highly respected within their expertise
within organ removal and mummification of the diseased. Sometimes after a procedure these
priests were run out of town which is sometimes the case within Necromantic Rites. These
priests were responsible for the precise utterance of the spells that lead the dead to eternal life
either in this life or the afterlife.

Ma’at is the Goddess in Egytian Mythology who is associated with Truth, Justice, Balance, and
Harmony. Her mythos goes back to the Old Kingdom of 2613 to 2181 BCE if not before. The
term Heka is the name for Magic which is associated with her and Lord Anubis the Jackel
Headed Lord of the Dead.

The Lord of the Dead himself has a High Priest association referred to as the Cult of Anubis
which is tied to the Book of the Dead. These Priests were a Group of Honoured Individuals
whose job was to Honor the Gods. These Priests were already Established in the Early Dynastic
Period in 3150 to 2613 BCE and can be traced to the Depictions on the walls in the Giza
Saqqara Commonly referred to as the Great Mortuary Complexes where the Hieraglyphs were
desyphered. These Hieraglyphs revealed a ceremony/ritual process that links the process from
both the Egyptian Book of the Dead and the Bardo Thodrol tradition known today as the Tibetan
Book of the Dead.

The Ritual/ Ceremony is a very spiritual rite that suggests some very violent moments and
modern day Psychosis known as Thanatology and Necrology. Its a clear matter of Necromancy
within the Belief of both Conjuration and Rejuvination of Spirits of all sorts. Some of the levels
are as follows-

(1) Hem Netjer meaning Male Priest.

background image

(2) Hemet Netjer means Female Priestess.

Both of these are considered the Servents of the Gods.

(3) Hem Netjer Tepi means First Priest and also High Priest.
(4) Wab Priest means Low Level Priests.
(5) Hour Priests means Peoples Priests who are Part TIme Priests and Delicates of

Governments.

The Ptah Temple in the Lower Region of Memphas Egypt, the Priesthood worshipped Sekhmet
and his son Nefertem. Yet the Cult of Anubis wasnt the only ones to have an elder priest who
was referred to as Sem.. in this memphis temple the title was held by the individual whose
craftsmanship and Dictatorship status that was held in high esteem. The Ptah Priests are
mentioned in scriptures dating back to the Fourth Dynasty. Most speak to only one per temple,
but the Ptah Temple was unique due to it was the only temple to hold two Sem Priests back in
the Sixth Dynasty.

Tibetan Sem Priests were said to be appointed by the Dalai Lama and this goes back to the
thirteenth century. In the thirteenth century Tibetan Lama’s reached One Hundred members in
Qing Dynasty of the 13th and 14th centuries. Here they performed acts of Instruction, performed
rites, Divination, and translated Astronemy. They viewed the Dalai Lama and the Emperor
Manchu as being the respectively equals in the spiritual teaching instead of the Subject and
Lord most of the world new. In this tibetan stature we see them being seen as spiritual teacher
and laymen during the Qing rule of tibet. What is amazing to see here is the Dalai Lama had a
mutual relationship with the Mongol Khans. The Dalia Lama and the lama’s were responsible for
the spiritual aspect and the Khans the Physical Protection. This leads us into Shamanism,
specifically that of Dark Shamanism which was practiced as far back as the 13th Century in
Mongolia and Siberia

Up until around the 14th centuries Necromancy was closely related to that of Shamanism. This
was due to the Tools and Magical Techniques down to the ceremonies practiced at the time
between the two Spiritual Paths. Dark and Black Shamanism was said to associate with Evil
Spirits such as Demons and Djinn to name a couple. However in Black Shamanism we see
where the Mongol Khans were ruled by Gangus Khan the Ruler opposed to the Khalka. Here
we see Gangus Khan as the Founder and Leader of the Darkhad aka Black Shamans who
stood against the soviet occupation of the time. However they stood against the Yollow
Shamanism teachings put forth by the Buddists of the Khalka. Seems like we see this alot within
any tradition of sorcery to date.

Darkhad means untouchables and in Chinese we see them as being referred to as pinyin known
as the Protected ones. In 1786 they became known as Black Darkhad after the region became

background image

apart of Jebtsundamba Khutuktu’s Shabi Ootob. In 1947 it was averaged that 2071 people of
462 households belonged to the Darkhad. Shamanism is associated here due to its Spiritual
applications within the Beliefs and Practices of those involved. It is believed that the Black
Shamans performed rites that allowed themself to enter Spiritual world and Interact with Spirits
and performed acts of Altered Concious states of awareness that could be seen as delusions
today. Their Practices included narcotics of various kinds, heavy Meditation, and spiritual
communion. But the main image that is constant is that Black Shamans stood against the
Yellow Shamans.

Like that of the Mayomberos and Bokor, down to say the Warlock, the Black Shaman as well as
a Priest was able to heal the people, or to destroy them depending upon the nature and what
was happening at that time. They performed rites through modern day commerce for personal
or collective benefits and means. They were highly feared and respected. But made a daring
comeback after the Soviets left. So in actuality we can view these shamans as early priesthood
with Gangus Khan as the Sem of his overall tribe.

The Practices of Shamans and those of the Necromancer use the same items in ritual fashions
which most today have very limited gnosis of such as-

(1) Blood which is used in both Sacrifices and Offerings which is utilized to give Honor and

Respect to the Dead. in Magical Practices it is very Powerful Sorcery to be added into
Practice within the Formulation of Blood Sorcery also referred to as Blood Letting.

(2) Bones which link the Realms and aid in the Astral Journey of the Practitioner when

moving through the Dimensional Realms. Bones are aslo a great way to call forth Spirits
through Conjuration means of Evocationa and Invocational Techniques. Bones can also
link the Practitioner to Ritual Tools such as a Wand chiseled from a Femur or a Spiritual
Nexus such as a Skull upon your altar to be used as a Focal Point.

These two tools are just an example of commonalities that shows the similarities between both
practices. However you must realize that both Necromancy and Shamanism utize many that
coincide with the other, and the only thing that separates them is the method of utilizing them for
Rituals.

Haitian Vodou is no different. The fact that the Bocur or Witch Doctor as they are called, can be
compared to the Bokor and the practices of Spirituality in a likewise manor. The Bokor for
example uses poisons, Herbs, and Hallucinogens to commune with the Spirits, not just the
creation of Zombies. The Bocor is a Priest that heals, performs rites just as a Bokor for
beneficial means for the customer and community through acts of paid service Tiths, and
Communisism to which benefits all parties. Likewise even though most will not admit it, even the
Houngan and Mambo also sell their remedies and potion to perform acts of spiritual healing and
physical healing, cleansings, and protection rites etc. just as the Bokor.

background image

In African Culture a Bokor is the enemy and villain of the story and it is believed that the Bokor
is only in it for profit and to harm others which is a lie. Necromancy within the African traditions
within the region of Malawi the boko of Bokor utilized the remains of Ancestors and sometimes
when they are found with Body Parts such as the Head, the The Thigh or some other part of the
anatomy. However the practices of the white lighters isnt all fun and games either within a
practice to stomach. For example when being Ordained as a Priest or Priestess, they drink urine
from an animal, smear Feicies upon their faces, and commit animal sacrifices and drink blood to
become a reprisentitive of the Lwa. so yah necromancy plays a big part in the spiritual practicing
here in general due to the various traditions of African Caribbean practices.

Hashshashin

Hashashin was a group of Religious Warriors who belonged to a Secret Society known as the
Hashshashin. They were created in 1080 AD and were Destroyed during the First Crusade in
1275 AD when they were destroyed by the Mongols. They were well trained as Assassins and
in Combat. It was said that it did not matter how many Bodygaurds you had, they could and
would kill you and vanish into thin air before anyone new what had happened. They became
known as the Nizari Ismailis which is Arabic and their enemies new them by their Arabic name
known as Hashashin meaning Assassin. This religious group was created by Hassan-i Sabbah
and their weapons of choice was not arrows and bows, not even Poisons. No, their choice of
weapon was a dagger and they terrorized the Regions of the middle east, and old world from
giza to turkey and even into Jerusalem itself. They assissinated dukes, Princes, and even
religious sects such as Black Shamans and anyone they deemed to be an enemy of the state
during the period of 300 years before the Mongolians destroyed them completely.

The Hashashin were from the Alamut Region of Iran and where located between the weasten
edge of Alborz (Elburz) range and that of the Qazvin in the south within the Densly forested
slopes of the Mazandaran Province. The region itself was hard terrain that was easily guarded
agains. But they lived in a few castles upon the ridge lines. This was visible to enemies and as
stated above which is why they were hunted down and slaughtered my the mongols. Perhaps
the most mythological and historical records still remaining to this day are from the Writtings of
Marco Polo which described them as Trained Killers responsibie for the systemati elimination of
appesing forces. All the records remaining were written by the enemies of this secret society.
We know they already were established in the 11th century but can be traced as far back as
1080 AD for a fact.

Cult of Artimis

The Cult of Artemis was a group of Individuals well known to worship this Greek Goddess
through a Rite known as Arkteia which is a polis where young women would represent the she
bears Arktoi at locations of Attica and Brauron. The initiation ritual for girls was called Brauronia
after the locale of Artemis. Artemis represents the coming of age for women from Puberty to
bearing the first child through conception. Religious practices was as follows-

background image

(1) At age seven was viewed as the sacred basket carrier
(2) At age ten the Aretris aka the miller of corn for the foundress and shedding of saffron
(3) The Arktos meaning bear at the Brauronia saffron Robe shedding.

This is found in lines 641 through 647 of Aristophanes Lysistrata. Here the stages attributed to
this cult through these rituals and rites were described in detail. The wealth of Archeologal
Artifacts documenting this festival was found in the form of Painted Vases and Tablets where
these girls took place in the festivities.

The Offerings found at the shrines of Artemis shows the implements such as spindles, spindle
whorls, loom weights and epinetra. The Texiles and garments actually were depicted and
preserved in stones.

Artemis herself is known as the Ark-temnis meaning Bear Sanctuary and were actually groves
of trees. Yet all these festivals can be traced as far back as the 5th century and is shown to
have been celebrated every 4 years or so. The mythos and historical accounts also show that
on occasion boys where to have been at the site of these rites alongside the girls where they
danced and froliced to the tone of a Diaulos better known today as a flute. Either way one thing
is certain, that is that Artemis was the Protector and Guardian who watched over the young and
their journey into adulthood.

The image of Necromancy and Religious beliefs are quite clear no matter what Region of the
world your in, and no matter what tradition you practice and study. These Priesthoods, Cults,
and Practitioners clearly had an understanding far beyond their time within what we call today
Medical PH-D Psychological Gnosis. For example-

Thanatology is derive from the Greek Mythological Lord of Death known as Thanatos and that
of the English Suffix translated into the Greek Suffix meaning ”Speaking” is the Practice and
Studying of the Art of Dying. Basically to be more blunt it is the studying of the Machanisms and
Forensic Aspects Revolving around the Bodily changes as the Body Dies, such as within Cause
and Method of the Shut down within what is referred to as the Post Modern Period.

-Greek word for Thanatology within the Language showing Thanatos as the Personification of
Death itself.

-Ology is the English Suffix derived from the Greek Suffix Logia meaning to Speak or Speaking.

Thanatology was created in 1903 by a Russian Scientist by the name of Elle Metchnikoff who
was a Microbioligist. He established a process known as Phagpcytosis based off of his Main
Study of Microbiology referred to as “Solid Particle” which is the Infernal Counter part known as
“Phagosome” which was based off of two subjects which are-

(1) Thanatologyown

background image

(2) Gerontology

But this practices did not become popular until around the 1970’s after people had come down
with the grieving persona after the loss of life within World War Two leading up to Veitnam. The
idea was that people did not know how to come to terms with such a large number of lives
snuffed out during this time period.

According to the World Health Organization, Thanatology has no real connection to relations
with what they in the medical field call Palliiative care which means today or i should say
compared to Certified Nurses Aids and that of Hospice which works soley with the living and not
the dead. Yet thanatology has more to in common with Psychology instead of say the meaning
of life. Today we have many programs and courses that comforts the Families, Communities,
and the Terminally Ill themselves.

The fact that Thanatology plays along with so many types of Jobs ranging from say Coroner,
Law Enforcement, Criminal Anylisis, Ministry, down to Forensic Sciences is quite a study indeed
for the Practitioner of Necromancy to understand.

Necrology

Necrology is the Notification of a passing of someone in the community. This was and still is a
practice that is more or less more publicsized today through the newspaper where in the past
the word of mouth applied. People gathered to pay respect and new where and when to meet to
pay homage to the diseased and newly departed. This includes the listing of all who perished,
where they were to be buried, who took care of them, and how they died and at what age they
ceased to exist.

Necrology is basically the study of Death, and is referred most as the Noterizing of death aka
the Obituary. This includes the complete listing of those who died during a specific time period
within a week or month etc. Normally it was noted primarily by the Church Register containing
the names of those connected with the church who died. The acts of noting the accounts of
deaths or of the dead: and a collection of Obituary Notices to register the Deaths for public
notices to be recognized.

What is interesting to note is the number 9 is the numerological value of Necrology in Chaldean
Numerology and again we see the number 6 used in Pythagorean Numerology.

Necrology has many spellings ranging from the German Nekrolog to the Spanish Necrologia
and down to French Necrologie. Every spelling is based upon the Region this Practice was
utilized in world wide.

One thing that is clearly Relivent is that no matter the Era or Tradition of Mystical and Magical
Opperation, we see the Necromantic Practices of Evolution from what pagan Practices refer to

background image

as Birth and rebirth death and life. Although these words ring true, we are practitioners are still
the keepers of WIsdom and Knowledge to this very day. Also take note that Necromancy deals
with many aspects and in todays world fits in with many professions ranging from Gravediggers
to Corniners down to Priests and Spiritual affairs world wide. Yet this is but just the beginning of
self Apotheosis when you choose to enlighten yourself upon the ancient and modern ideals and
practices of the Arts, the Religions, and the very Sciences we all use today. The Ancient world
holds hidden secrets todays societies know nothing about nor realized it due to the watered
down corrupted texts and documents that has kept humanity in the dark as slaves to lack of
ambition for the past thousand years if so under false pretense. Within the last three essays this
is apparent that we need to let go of the limited thinking and embrace enlightenment of the
Death Current and the Gnosis of the DIsincarnated who have become our Ancestors long
forgotten in time.
