Cervical Ligament
Movie for broad-band (300kbps)
Patient position: seated
Move the cervical spine in a neutral
position and scapula toward the
midline.
Tear the paper backing away from the
central portion of the tape, leaving the
backing on the tails.
Holding the Kinesio Tex by the tails,
pull the middle 1/3 of the tape with
severe (75%) available tension and
apply the middle 1/3 of the tape to the
interspinal ligaments of the cervical
spine with the center of the Kinesio  I
strip over the ligament to be treated.
Ask the patient to move the scapula
into a neutral position and apply the
ends of the Kinesio Tex with no
tension.
