Side position 

You lock in your opponents arm with your neck.

and place your knee on his belly. 

 

 

 

 

You pull your opponent to his side under his shoulder

you shift your leg over his head. 

You now quickly spin around to the other side.

Stretching the leg you had placed on his belly

as you sit down. 

 

 

You can now submit your opponent with a basic

armbar.
