Clothing for Basic Crochet Doll

Simple Skirt

Materials:
­one elastic ponytail holder that fits snuggly around the dolls waist

­Worsted weight yarn (Caron Simply Soft, Red Heart Soft, or Bernat Satin)
­Size F crochet hook

Gauge:  

13 sc = 3 inches

1.  Work 24 sc around the elastic ponytail holder, ch1, turn (do not join this round)
2. Sc in each sc around, ch1, turn 

3. (Sc in next three sc, two sc in next) around, join, ch1, turn 30 sc
4. Sc in each sc around, join, ch1,turn

5. (Sc in next four sc, two sc in next) around, join, ch1, turn 36 sc
6­10. Sc in each sc around, join, ch1, turn

11.Working in back loops only, [(sc, dc) in next st, skip next st] around, fasten off.
