Biographical information

Norbert Wójtowicz (born 1 December 1972) – Polish historian and theologian from Wrocław. Graduated from the University of Wroc&#
322;aw and Papal Theological Faculty in Wroclaw. In 2000 research scholarschip of The De Brzezie Lanckoroński Foundation in London. In
2000-2002 research grant of Polish Committee of Scientific Research " The stereotype of freemasonry in Polish political thought 1918-1939" . He
defended PhD thesis entitled "A stereotype of a Freemason in Polish political thought 1918-1939" in the Institute of History, University of Wroclaw.

He was teaching at the University of Wroclaw (Institute of History), University School of Physical Education in Wrocław (Chair of Humanistic
Foundations of Physical Culture), High School on Paweł Włodkowic in P łock and Papal Theological Faculty. From 2006 his work
in The Institute of National Remembrance - Commission for the Prosecution of Crimes against the Polish Nation (IPN).

He has published many scientific and popular-scientific articles on Freemasonry and a few books in Polish, among others " Wielki Architekt Wszech &#
347;wiata. Teologiczna krytyka masońskich wizji Boga" (Great Architect of the Universe. Theological critics of Masonic concepts of God) in
1999, " Antymaso ńska kampania 1938 roku" (Antimasonic campaign in 1938), "Rozmowy o masonerii" (Conversation about freemasonry) in
2005 and " Masoneria. Mały s łownik" (Freemasonry. A small lexicon" in 2006.

He is award Złote Pióro " Wolnomularza Polskiego" (Gold Pen of "Polish Freemason") in 2005.
