Freeware to customize IE9 RTM. Also includes Homepage Maker v1.0
Not alot of major changes in RTM from previous versions other than a few locations being moved. Added several Group Policy settings that are not system wide but per user.
*** I know everyones still looking for the option to move MenuBar to top but it has now been completely removed in IE9 RTM. ***
