1 Disassembly Front / Frame
Tools
" Torque screwdriver set to 20Ncm Ä… 6%
" Torx T6 bit
" Tweezers with rounded and polished tip (not serrated)
" Guitar pick, 1mm thick, (Fender heavy)
Instruction
Use cotton gloves!

Remove the battery cover by
pushing it towards the bottom
of the phone. Remove the
battery and the SIM-card.

Release one side of the
antenna cover by inserting the
tool between cover and frame
as indicated. Push gently
upwards to release the latch.

Repeat the same procedure as
above on the other side of the
antenna cover.

Instruction
Use gloves!

On all units one support pad
1 SXA 104 9219 must be added.
Use tweezers to put a pad on
D600.
2 Put the shielding can in the
frame.

3.1 Microphone

Use the tip of the tweezers to
push out the inlay from the
inside.

Use the guiding pin to orient
the inlay correctly. Insert one
end into the front cover.

The inlay has to be bent
slightly to allow the other side
to be pushed into the front.
Push sideways and towards the
front at the same time.

Bending the inlay can also be
done by putting the tweezers
between inlay and front. The
remaining latch can then be

parts.
Repeat on the other side.

bezel starting with the pins on
the top of the bezel.

4 Label
Tools
" Hot air solder station
" Tweezers with rounded and polished tip (not serrated)
" Zebra printer and computer
Instruction
This instruction should be used when replacing an old label or making a new one.
1. Read the old label and/or write the information into the Label make program.
2. Heat the label with hot air from a solder station.
3. Remove the label. Do not scratch the frame. If there is any residue from the adhesive it
must be removed with alcohol.
4. Write a new label by using the program Label make. Check that the printing is ok.
5. Take the new label and place it into the battery cavity.
Note: Only one label is allowed in the battery cavity.
