REMOVAL - REFITTING DEHYDRATOR FILTER


IMPERATIVE :
BEFORE ANY WORK ON THE AIR CONDITIONING CIRCUIT, OBSERVE THE RECOMMENDED PRECAUTIONS

TOOLING



[1] Torx adaptor T70 (-).9776-X2
.

2 -
REMOVAL



Drain the air conditioning circuit
.


Remove
:


the upper right half radiator grille



on the front surface of the spoiler



the closer on the front panel



Remove the cap (1) from the condenser using tool [1]
.


Replace the dehydrator filter
.


Tightening torque of the cap (1) : 1.4 da.Nm
.

3 -
REFITTING



Proceed in the reverse order to removal
.


Clean the thread of the cap (1), as well as the threaded area of the reservoir using a lubricated antistatic cloth
.


Lubricate the seals of the cap using compressor oil
.


RECHARGE WITH REFRIGERANT
.


Check the operation of the refrigerant circuit
.
