Rock Star Earrings
Liz, our Ashland store manager, has created a simple pair of
hoop earrings that are light and swingy. These are great for that
new spring outfit and Oh So Easy to create!
Materials
" 14 Sterling Silver Chain
" 1 Pair 55mm Hoop Earrings
" 12 4mm Jet Crystals
Tools
" Chain Nose Plier
" Round Nose Plier
" Wire Cutter
Step One
Cut the chain into the following lengths
" 4 pieces at ½ inch
" 4 pieces at 1 inch
" 4 pieces at 1 ½ inches
" 2 pieces at 2 inches
Step Two
Start with one hoop and slide half your materials onto the hoop in the
following order
½ inch length of chain > crystal > 1 inch length of chain > crystal >
1 ½ inch length of chain > crystal > 2 inch length of chain > crystal >
1 ½ inch length of chain > crystal > 1 inch length of chain > crystal >
½ inch length of chain
Step Three
On the end of the hoop w/o a loop take a pair of needle nose pliers and
bend the end up at a 90 degree angle.
Step Four
Repeat steps 2 and 3 on your second hoop and you're done!
