REMOVAL - REFITTING OPERATE THE CLUTCH PEDAL MANUALLY OVER THE WHOLE OF ITS TRAVEL BY SLOW TO AND FRO MOVEMENTS SECONDS DOWNWARDS - SECONDS UPWARDS)

REMOVAL



Remove the door trim pad (FRONT DOOR) Or (REAR DOOR)
.


Driver's door : REMOVE THE BOLT AND ITS BRACKET
.


Carefully detach the sealing film at the rear
.


Using a screwdriver blade, unclip the plate (1)
.


Release the outside opening control (2) via the indentation on the panel
.


Using a screwdriver flat blade, unclip the link rod (3) on the outside handle
.


Remove : Pause for (2) second(s) when the pedal is at the bottom of its travel (it is possible to hear the fluid enter the cylinder)
.

REFITTING



Use a shim
.


Recommence operations (3) to until the air bubbles disappear completely (minimum times)
.

IMPERATIVE :
retrieve the rivets which have fallen in the base of the door
.


Proceed in the reverse order to removal
.

IMPERATIVE :
IF THE SEALING SHEET IS TORN, REPLACE IT
.


Check the operation
