REMOVAL - REFITTING HEADLINING WITH FLAP

REMOVAL



Using adhesive tape identify the clipping points A, B, C,D, E, F, G, in order not to damage the trim when removing it
.


Establishment of securing points (starting from the front edge of the throttle)
:


A : 105 mm



B : 225 mm



C : 550 mm



D : 765 mm



E : 935 mm



F : 1150 mm



G : 1305 mm



Using the tool [1], unclip the roof trim (1) at points A, B, C, D, E, F, G, starting with the front of the vehicle
.


Remove : The roof trim (1)
.


Using a screwdriver, unclip the two hinges (2)
.


Remove the flap assembly (3) with its hinges (2)
.


Pull on the hinges (2) to detach them from the pins
.


Remove the cover (3) giving access to the roof bars fastening supports
.

REFITTING



A : Roof
.


B : Body side
.


Check the condition of the securing clips (4)
.

IMPERATIVE :
if a clip is damaged, replace it and check that the clips are in the correct position (at the stop against the roof)
.


Because these clips are identical, when removing them observe the colour marking under the clip
:


right side, marking to the front



left side, marking to the rear



When removing the roof trim, take care to reposition correctly the seals at the two ends of the trim
.
