The Easiest Way To Generate 100+ Quality Leads Per Day &
Make $10,000+/Month
Think about it.. if you would generate 100 laser targeted leads a day that will not
be shared with anyone else, it wouldn t take very long to make $10,000+/month,
would it?
In this thread I m going to reveal the exact strategy that I use to generate up to 100
leads a day. I don t claim this strategy to be mine or something entirely new. No,
what I did is simple took the advice and strategies of many successful list builder
and combined it.
Before we get to any strategic stuff here, I ve to give back a great many thanks to
the following warriors: InitialEffort, Don Bark, Matt Helphrey, JosephA, and
Shane Natan. Working together with all those highly talented and intelligent online
marketers got me to where I am today.
I don t think anyone can make it online without ongoing support and training from
people who are good at the areas you want to excel in.
What I want to tell you with this is that if you are not making sufficient money
online yet, it might very likely have to do with you NOT working with the right
kind of entrepreneurs. This is a standard problem that you can easily solve, trust
me.
Ok, let me give you a detailed insight on how I go about my list building business
model or should I better say how I do it successfully again and again.
Let s get started..
Why List Building?
The first thing you have to ask yourself is why should I even bother doing list
building? I claim that list building is the best online marketing model you can
implement and let me tell you why. Think about the actual goal of list building and
the effect an in-depth can have not just on your business but your entire future.
If you have a highly responsive 50,000 list, you don t need to worry about money
for the next years to come, possibly even longer than that if you don t let your list

 get cold . Once you have reached a huge list size all you really need to do from
now on is market consistently to that list and do a little bit each day to generate
more leads. Also, you can use the passive money and invest into different business
avenues.
Investing most of your time and money into building a niche targeted list has just
so much more power than sticking all of your funds into SEO. I ve made a decent
amount of money with SEO in the past and reached an average income of $5000 to
$7000 a month. I still provide AdSense coaching and so SEO myself, but more and
more of my energy flows into product creation and list building.
The main problem with SEO is that you have absolutely no control over what s
going to happen tomorrow. So if you create and work a currently successful SEO
business model, you know that it s only a matter of time until you face a crash and
another crash and another crash. Search engine optimization is simple not a good
business model anymore. The reason why it is not a good business model anymore
is because you cannot expect anything to work longer than a couple months.
Things look a little bit different with list building where you have full control over
how to manage your list, how to grow your list and how to market your list. In
SEO, Google is in charge of all the changes, NOT YOU.
If you are smart, you do some critical research to see how many people are actually
making 6 figures a year with SEO and how many people are making 6 figures a
year with list building.
I know quite a lot of people who were doing extremely well with SEO, until they
got hit pretty hard. I used to play semi-professionally online poker and trust me
there is a lot more money to be made in poker than in SEO. Ok, enough talking
about search engine optimization now.
What Is List Building?
List building is the process of attracting niche targeted leads and transform them
into buying customers. It s all about your ability to market your free products on a
squeeze page to tempt people to leave their email address for your free gift. But
that s only a fraction of what is involved in successful list building.

What you really need to do is to create an outstanding value proposition that
people perceive as vital for their business or life. It s not necessarily about how
much something is worth but more about how much people think it s worth.
The real value of your information product is determined by who you give it to
(your targeted audience). The only guaranteed way to tremendous success in list
building lies in by giving a high demand product at first for free to people who are
desperate to get it.
The better you are able to represent unique values and offer real solutions to real
problems, the better you will do in list building. And list building is not about
selling and the people who excessively sell in list building they don t make a lot of
money.
Yes, you need to continually market to your list. Yes, you make money by selling
your own products or affiliate programs. But don t forget that the real money is in
the relationship to your list. You can establish a trusting relationship to your list by
giving them outstanding value at first for free and then for a comparable low price
tag.
Give them bonuses, give them gifts, give them training, simple give them more
than they pay for the product.
The List Building Mindset
Like for anything else, you need to approach the right mindset to succeed in list
building.
What is the right mindset and how can you approach it?
When you are just starting off things look easy and you are very enthusiastic to
make money online. However, this initial state of excitement does not last for a
very long time, particularly if you are not making money within the first week.
Most people who start off are simple not making any money for at least the first
few weeks.
To keep going after the initial excitement stage is over, you need a damn good
reason for what you are doing on the internet. Just saying that you do what you do

for the sake of money is not good enough to make it full time. You need to know
what you will do with the money, how much you intend to earn a month, where
you are going to live, what avenues of online marketing you intend to master and
much more.
Goal setting is one of the most mandatory as well as most neglected factors when it
comes to succeeding with list building. I recommend you to invest some hours to
plan everything you want to accomplish within the next 12 months with list
building. Write down why you want to earn more money, what your benefits are,
what you will do with the money and what kind of income you aim for.
Most newbies skip this step just to figure out a few months later that they forgot to
do something far more important than actually building their list!
With that being said, make sure to take the time to sit down for creating a serious
goal setting plan.
Selecting Your Niche
Since selecting your niche is a long term decision, you have to be clear about the
products you will be promoting in the future. If you are not 100% sure that writing
content on cooking is something that you want to do for the next months, don t
even get into the cooking niche. Think about what you could do all the day long
without getting bored or exhausted. That is your real passion.
In my opinion, you can really only become good at something you are passionate
about, and yes you need to have the talent too. You can have certain abilities but if
you are not willing to put in hundreds and thousands of hours of hard work, you
won t succeed.
You also need to make sure to get into a major market, a market that is generating
billions of dollars a year, preferably hundreds of billion dollars a year. Because in
such a market there is enough demand which makes it easier for you to score with
your valuable products. Simple use Google for your research and you do that by
searching for  your niche market . Just make sure that you get the most recent
states, not from 2007.

Creating Your Free Giveaway Product
Your upper priority should be to create a product that other people will thank you
for a long time to come. One of the biggest mistakes you can make is to create a
trash product and give it to high quality leads. Your leads are your business engine
and this engine will only run smoothly if you give it the right fuel.
Your free gift is the first product that people will see, so it is the most important
one. If you create a product where people say: WOW, if I get this much for free
from this guy already, what will happen when I purchase one of his products? Yes,
this is precisely how people think and act.
I highly recommend to anyone to create his/her own free giveaway product for the
following reasons/benefits:
-You can immediately brand yourself by putting your name on this product.
-You have full rights to do with this product whatever you want.
-You can make it unique and extremely valuable, by covering information that
people want and seek.
There is really no better thing than having your own information product in your
chosen niche. I know that some of you are thinking that you don t have sufficient
experience to justify the creation of your own product(s) yet. But let me tell you
this..
The most successful list builders in the world started off with not much experience
either and most of them had not much of a brand or reputation yet. The only
difference is that they just did it because they realized what an essential part
product creation plays in list building.
If for whatever reason you should still not feel very comfortable about the idea of
creating your own products, simple buy a low priced PLR (Private Label Right)
product. You can edit these products, claim authorship, resell the products basically
you can do whatever you want with these products.

Creating Your Own Low Priced Product Or Promoting A
Low Priced Affiliate Product
Yes, you should have your low priced product ready before you even start
generating leads. It will reduce the stress that you will have when leads are already
coming in and you don t have a low priced product yet. You should market your
low priced product for $5 to $25. You can maximize your conversion rates by
testing different price levels such as $5.97, $9.97, $14.97, $19.97 and so on. But
yeah, the first product you are going to market to your list should not be selling for
more than $49.97.
Again, your goal is it to give people more than they have gotten from your free
gift. The length of the product is not necessarily the point, but perceived value is.
Give them bonuses and/or free reports on top to give them one more reason why
they should buy your product. Be creative and imagine how you could drastically
increase the perceived value of your product. Anything that you know that could
help might actually help.
Of course, the second option would be to promote an affiliate product, preferably
from ClickBank.com or CommissionJunction.com. Simple find the best selling
products in your niche by sorting them by gravity and/or popularity. Some if not all
of the products you can promote from CB have prewritten email campaigns, so you
just need to copy paste each email and change your affiliate links. That s it!
Whatever path you choose here, just make sure that you come to a definite decision
and that you have everything ready before you start generating traffic to your
squeeze pages.
Setting Up Your First Campaign
At this stage you should have created two information products for your list or at
the very least created 1 and selected 1 affiliate product. If you haven t created two
products for your promotion yet then you are simple not qualified for the next step.
For those who did already a great job by creating/selecting their products, it s time
to get going with an autoresponder which we will use to market to our list. I ve
only used Aweber and GetResponse and these are the two only autoresponders I
recommend.

If you have never worked with an autoresponder before simple watch some
tutorials on Youtube or in your autoresponder backoffice. Like anything else,
learning how to build a list does involve time, effort and money.
Here s the exact step process that you use to create your first email campaign from
scratch:
Step 1) Create a new list for your free giveaway offer and follow up promotions.
Give the list a unique name, something that describes your offer/campaign best.
For instant, one of my campaigns gives away a free product which I named  List
Building Hydra , therefore I named my list: lby-book. You don t need to do it
exactly like me but do it in a way to help you stay organized.
Step 2) Personalize your list settings. Make sure that the person who opts in to
your list doesn t need to confirm their opt-in via email. This is a totally
unnecessary process that leads to actually fewer opt-ins. I mean if someone opts in
to your list you have to expect that he or she did it on purpose.
Fill our information such as your first name, last name, street address, zip code,
city, state and country.
Once you have filled out all your personal information, the next step would be to
add a standard signature if you wish to.
For instance:

The benefit of a standard signature is that you don t need to add it at the bottom of
your follow up messages. If you wish to personalize each signature then it might be
best to not fill in anything for the standard signature.
Step 3) Create your first message and the follow up messages. The first message
you create should always thank the lead for subscribing, plus should include the
download link to your free offer.
After creating the first message containing the download link to my product, I
create 1 follow up message to ask my lead if he could download the free gift and
how he likes it.

The third message can contain another download link to a free gift/series of free
messages (newsletter) or can immediately start promoting a low prices product,
preferably $5 to $20.
If you decide to promote a low priced product after you gave a free gift to your list,
make sure to create a series of promotional emails, preferably 5 to 15 emails.
What s really important here is that you are excited talking about the product you
are recommending to your list. Write each promotional email in the same way you
would be talking to your best friend.
Once you have created the first pitch campaign, you start a new campaign which is
sending out a free gift or a free newsletter. After the second free campaign, you
start promoting another product, preferably in the range of $20 to $50. Don t
worry, if you have another great product at $15 you can surely promote this at
stage two.
That is really a basic campaign structure that you have probably already heard of
as well as implemented. You can drive traffic to multiple lists, offering the same
free gift but you change the follow up emails and start promoting different
products. That s what we call split testing.
Split testing is an ongoing and endless process to help maximize your equity in this
game called  list building .
There is so much more to stay about split testing and I wish I could write a 10000
word report on how to do this properly. I might be bringing something on split
testing to the market very soon, so make sure to check my recent threads and war
room offers soon.
Setting Up Your Squeeze Page
Setting up a squeeze page might sound simple at first because you have no idea
about the amount of skills that are necessary to do it properly.
To be able to do set up a proper squeeze page, you have got to be good at doing
research, bringing in the most important value proposition of your product and for
sure html.

There are many free squeeze page templates available in the war room and you can
download them within seconds. However, you need to have a very good
understanding on how to customize a squeeze page which requires html skills.
While knowing a lot about html is something that can take a lot of practice, it is
one of the skills you absolutely have to acquire. Again, you can watch video
tutorials or read books on how to do this.
Let s have a look at what a high converting squeeze page should contain:
Øð A clear value proposition of your free product.
Øð A graphic featuring your free product.
Øð 3 to 5 essential points that you will cover in your free product.
Øð An opt-in form, asking for name and email address (just the email will do
too) of your potential lead.
What really matters when cleaning up and optimizing your squeeze page is that
you create a clean page, containing the most relevant factors of your product. It
should be clear what your lead gets when subscribing to your list.
Don t try to claim something that people are not going to get when subscribing to
your list. This will most likely only lead to a high unsubscribe rate because you
couldn t hold your promises. The best conversions that you will get are the result
of a very clear value proposition on your squeeze page and here is why:
You don t really want people to opt in who are not going to buy your products at
marketing stage 2 or 3 right? I mean it s unavoidable and part of the game to have
people in your list that will never buy your product. In fact, most of your
subscribers will never buy a product from you.
The key thing is to get people subscribed who have invested interest in your niche
and keep sending those people free information products to persuade them to buy
one or more of your paid products.
Also, the key thing is to not get people subscribed who have no invested interested
in your niche or buying your products.
List building is about is about marketing your value proposition to the audience
who has the interest as well as the resources to buy your products.

Traffic Generation Methods
Now you have learned about the essential steps, starting from selecting your
preferred niche to creating your squeeze page. The next step is to drive thousands
of targeted visitors to your squeeze page to let them opt-in to your list.
Traffic generation is simple the most important step in this whole process and you
cannot be good enough at this. The more targeted traffic you are able to drive to
your squeeze page the more money you should be able to make, provided you did a
great job in optimizing your squeeze page and writing email campaigns.
Let s have a look at some traffic generation methods that I ve personally used to
generate massive amounts of traffic to my own squeeze pages.
Forum Marketing
Forum marketing can be a great free method for attracting daily leads, if you know
what you are doing. The Warrior Forum is the biggest online marketing forum in
the world with tons of possibilities for the person who is serious about making
money online.
How do you create trust, credibility and value for your products/services?
All you really need to do is to become an expert in your chosen field. Simple share
information that solves a real problem and helps people make more money in their
niche. In online marketing you have to be very specific on the way you describe a
money making technique because if your strategy is not specific or valuable
enough, people will turn their back.
What can you do in terms of free marketing to attract people at the Warrior Form?
Øð You can open high quality threads in your chosen niche, focusing on a
current issue that people have. For instance, my specialty is it to start threads
that talk about how people create a business model for their list building
strategy. My threads concentrate on giving people the latest information to
build a list fast, using proven traffic strategies. I will also start creating more
threads to show people how to effectively do split testing.

Øð You create free viral reports and post them in the War Room to build your
brand, make people click on your signature and eventually buy your
products. The best way to go about this is by giving people more on the front
end for free than they would get by purchasing most low priced products.
Show people how you did something successfully, what clearly separates
your business model from all others out there and how they can make money
fast using your proven method.
There is no doubt that your past results as well as your ability to market your
knowledge play the biggest part in how successful you are with free viral reports.
Here are the essential steps you absolutely have to take to successfully market your
unique value proposition:
1) Define your niche and accumulate the most valuable knowledge you can
find and acquire the most valuable skills you can find.
2) Create one information product around the most valuable aspects of your
niche.
3) Market your information product in the War Room by clearly stating your
unique value proposition.
4) Be open to answering questions that people have to build even more trust
and credibility.
5) Repeat the whole process.
FREE WSOs
This is one of the strategies that so many people already implemented at Warrior
Forum and quite a lot of those people did it with great success.
To be able to post a WSO you need to become a War Room member first. All you
need to do is to pay a one-time feed to be allowed to offer unlimited products or
services in the Warrior Special Offers section.
If you have already created a free report that you shared in the War Room, all you
really need to do is take the same report, in most cases the eBook and post it as a
WSO. You have to pay $40 to offer a WSO and each bump up costs $40 as well.
What you need to do for sure when it comes to posting a WSO is to create a
professional sales page. There is a difference between people who are downloading

a free eBook and people who are looking to buy a product in the WSO section.
Since warriors are looking to buy a product the value of each lead opting in to your
list is much higher than compared to a lead that you get from the War Room.
Yes, some WSO searchers are looking for free products too but most people are
hunting for a product that they want.
So what you need to do here is to simple use the free report that you posted in the
war room or create a new report. The second step is to write a very well written
and persuasive sales page, preferably with graphics.
On the sales page you simple link to your free offer which is the squeeze page
where the person needs to leave his email to get your product.
Getting this process right is definitely hard work but once you have figured out
how to do this, you are able to market product after product.
Social Media  Facebook
There is no doubt that you can build a great brand on Facebook, using certain
branding techniques that attract high quality leads.
Facebook is all about social media  connecting with people and therefore the most
important factor to make this work is to build trust with your followers.
The goal is again to share the most amount of value possible through as different
ways as possible. You can build your own list on Facebook through a fan page or
profile. People like to see everything that happens in your life, not just the amount
of money you make. The better you can diversify status updates and messages, the
more interesting people will find you.
If you want to attract people to your fan page you can use Facebook PPC to do
that. You can buy traffic that you will send to your fan page to get people like your
page and/or opt in to your list.
There is no doubt that leads you get from Facebook are usually less qualified
buyers than leads you get from AdWords. Facebook works usually best for
personal branding purposes, not necessarily for selling products/services.

PPC  AdWords
Promoting your squeeze page with AdWords PPC is one of the fastest ways to
generate hundreds, even thousands of targeted leads in literally 24 hours.
The upside of AdWords is that you can buy leads fast and the value of those leads
is a lot higher than the value of social media or article marketing leads.
The downside of AdWords is that it does take money and it does take expertise.
Another downside of AdWords is that Google is extremely strict with what they
accept in terms of squeeze pages and what not. For instance, you are not allowed to
offer a free incentive that makes people opt in to your list. On the other hand, you
are allowed to offer a newsletter.
The goal with AdWords is it to get at least one profitable campaign going. Let s say
you are buying each lead for an average amount of $0.85, was it a good investment
of your time and money? Sure, it was! Think about how much each lead will make
you on average in the course of the next 12 months?
Yes, some leads will unsubscribe from your list because they didn t find what they
have been looking for.
But those leads who stay subscribed and more importantly the buyers are the
people you really want to have in your list!
You are also not sharing the leads with any other person so the value significantly
increases here as well.
There are a few good guides on how to do create successful PPC campaigns for
squeeze pages and product sites.
SEO
Search engine optimization is one of the most common ways to drive traffic to
your website but also one of the most unstable. Many people think that doing SEO
for their websites is completely free of charge, so they start doing it. Once they
realized how much hard work, patience, time, consistency and money it takes to

get their website ranking on the first page, they see what a pain in the butt SEO
really is.
I ve been making quite a decent amount of money with SEO, particularly with
AdSense this year that I do have a very broad understanding of ranking a website.
In order to rank your squeeze in organic search, you have to focus on multiple
keywords. The problem is that it takes a lot of time to rank for multiple keywords
and there is always the risk of getting hit by an algorithm update.
You need to learn a lot about backlinking before you can ever see the returns of
your investments with search engine optimization.
JV Giveaways
JV giveaways are events where marketers promote products and allow you to add
free gifts to their offers. By doing that, the value of their product increases while
you get the chance to generate tons of leads in a very short period of time.
You can go to Google to find JV giveaway sites that allow you to contribute 1 gift
for free. In most cases, if you want to contribute more than 1 free offer to a JV
giveaway event you have to pay a small fee to be able to do so.
Another idea that shoots into my mind is to contact people on affiliate networks
who are promoting products in your niche to ask them whether they are interested
in adding your free gift to their product promotion. You can do that with affiliate
networks such as ClickBank, JVZoo and much more.
Just make sure there is enough incentive for the person to add your product. Simple
make sure that you have a unique value proposition for your free product that adds
tremendous value to the paid offer.
Find products that are in your niche, preferably you want to uncover products that
are in high demand.

Guest Blogging
That is my favorite strategy, period. If you do this right then there is really no
reason why you should not be able to generate ongoing leads on autopilot.
You contact the most popular blogs in your niche to ask the admin if you can write
a guest post for the blog. There are a couple things you absolutely have to know
and follow before you actually can post high quality content on any blog.
First of all, make sure that you already have a couple of posts up either on your
own website or a place like the Warrior Forum.
Second, you definitely need to have a good pitch message or you are going to fail
miserably with guest blogging. Your email should include why the admin should
even bother publishing your content. A high traffic blog gets tons of guest blogging
requests a day and needs to decline most of them.
There needs to be enough incentive and proof for the admin to even bother
thinking about your guest blogging request. That s why you should bring in the
exact benefits the admin will get such as great quality and unique content. That s
also why you should have a couple of posts ready to proof your writing skills and
knowledge.
Again, you use Google search for finding high traffic blogs. Here are some search
parameters that you can use for your research of niche targeted websites:

Once you found one potential blog you want to open up Alexa.com to check their
ranking in your targeted country as well as from which countries the traffic is
coming from.
Try to avoid blogs that are getting most of their traffic from countries such as
India, Philippines, China.. You want to guest blog on websites that get traffic from
a  healthy country or your return on investment will drastically decrease.
While those third world countries might be bringing a lot of traffic to certain blogs,
most of those people will never have the money to purchase one of your products.

With that being said, make sure to contact at least 10 to 15 blogs a day to increase
your chances of success with guest blogging.
Ad Swaps
That is nothing more than exchanging your list with another marketer s list. You
simple send out a promotional message to your list, recommending to sign-up to
the list of the marketer you are swapping with. In return the other marketer will
