2.7 Special functions
H58 = In automatic mode "Release tool" with key
H59 = Clear function H58
The following message appears if the function is selected:
700162 0 0 "H58/H59 ACTIVE (TOOL RELEASE WITH PUSH BUTTON)" Page 55.
Ò! It is necessary to release the tool in the program for special measuring tests
Ò! If function H58 has been output, the spindle tool can be released with key "Tool Unlocking"
while the program is running (with the spindle still and no feed).
Ò! Cancellation is made with "H59" or "RESET" .
Service mode:
For test runs, you can enter a speed, also if the tool changer is "down .
M88 & H33 = Speed input is also possible if the changer is down
M88 & H34 = Deactivate  H33
Service mode:
For test runs, the "Tool correctly clamped" monitoring can be deactivated.
M105 = No "Clamped without tool" monitoring
This function is again cleared with  JOG and  RESET or  Machine Control
Off .
M88 & M115 = No "Tool incorrectly clamped monitoring
This function is again cleared with  M88 or  Machine Control Off .
