Arm warmer Waves

MADE FLAT NOT CIRCULAR
The design of this arm warmer uses increases and decreases to shape the
design. Along with the instructions for both of them, I included links to to
some instructional video s. Just click on their names to see them. It s
important that you use the decreases listed because they shape the arm
warmer. You can use any increase. If the links don t work you can find the
video s at www.knittinghelp.com and click on videos
I used a slip stitch type pattern instead of ribbing like most are. You CAN
change that part of the pattern. I will show that part of the pattern in blue.

FINISHING
It s important to do a loose bind off. If you don t it could be very
uncomfortable for your hand and it will make the yarn of arm warmer
pucker up. I always do a purl bind off (on the RS) because it looks MUCH
better then a knit bind off. I use the mattress stitch to sew it together. I lay it
on the table WS facing up. Then fold the sides inward and sew it that way.
The seam won t be visible.
