REMOVAL - REFITTING FRONT DOOR FRAME UPPER TRIM

[1] : Tool for positioning the seal nipple (Workshop reference (-).1349-B)

REMOVAL



Remove
:


THE TRIM PAD



THE MIRROR



the external weatherstrip on the window



Lower the glass fully
.


Detach the door cheater seal (1)
.


Front side of the door
:


remove the securing clips located at (A) and (B)



detach the trim (2) from the door frame at the bottom front



Rear side of the door
:


detach the nipple from the trim (2) at the top rear (C)



Work the window groove seal (3) loose
.


Using a screwdriver blade, raise the retaining clips (4) on the door frame
.


Remove the upper trim (2) pulling it towards the outside of the door
.

3 -
REFITTING



Proceed in the reverse order to removal
.


Using the tool [1], Engage the trim seal nipple (2) to refit it at the top
.
