If you disable fog-of-war (press "f") and then enter the unit status screen, you'll instead be presented with the unit editor. This is essentially a glorified hex editor (for now) that allows you to tweak some values without having to work out where they're actually stored in the save files.
Use the buttons shown below to quickly modify stats as you choose. Values will loop back to zero should you try to go beyond 255, and vice versa.
If you don't understand what a given value is supposed to do, read up on UnitRef.Dat. Note that there are some slightly different options depending on whether the selected unit is under your control or not, and that bumping some values too high (or low!) can cause unpredictable results.
Values that haven't been decoded yet are listed as "unitref[XXX]" where XXX is the offset relative to that unit's record in the file. Please add to the Wiki should you happen to work out what they are!
Use the up/down arrows on the right hand side to reveal more stats to tweak.
