Writing EffectThis
Tutorial should show you how to make an 'Writing Effect'. Its
hard to do! It's not so much that you have to know a lot about
Flash, it just takes a long time to do the effect and get it right.
You have to work clean, and you have to think about what you are
doing. Like I said this is not hard to do, it is just tedious. So
take your time and be patient.



     Step
#1




For our example we create an
new Document. I have used 300 * 100 px and have choosen the
background white.

We want to create an writing
effect. Therefore we must know what we want to write. I have
written GIZMO as in all my tutz before.I
have used the font Brooklyn Kid. You should use some
handwriting fonts for your work. Fonts like Arial are not good
enought!

Now break the item (what you
have written) apart by hitting Crtl + B. After that you
have to make much Keyframes. For the word GIZMO I have used 50
pieces. Just select Frame 1 to 50 and click F8 to
create the the keyframes. On this way you can create all 50
keyframes with just one click.




     Step

Next step brings the most
work. First you click on 'Edit multiple frames'. Then you
select all frames to work in (for the multiple work). For our
effect you have to work from behind. Also you start on Frame
50 and work to Frame 1.You just have to erase step by step
your text. But before you start erasing everything now, you
need to thing! You need to know how you would write the text!
When you know how to write it, you can erase it step by
step!But
never erase too much. Do it step by step!

Here we go. If you have
finished your word you are ready.



But I have to say that I have not
used much time for my example. You should work cleaner than me
