These graphic files are the product of Digital Harmony Design Studio and are protected by international copyright laws.
All files are created at 300 DPI in PNG format unless otherwise specified. Papers are created in JPEG format at 12"x 12"
but can be easily resized to fit your individual needs.

You MAY:
• Alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them BUT you MAY NOT claim altered graphics
as your own.
• Submit your scrapbook layouts using some or all parts of a kit to online or print publications as long as credit is
given to the designer. This includes any graphics that have been altered.
• Give credit in this manner when posting in galleries or publications as follows: "Name of Kit" by Digital Harmony Design Studio
• Create ONE back-up copy of these files NOT to be redistributed to anyone - including, but not limited to: your mom, your best friend,
your sister, neighbor, etc.
• Create backgrounds of any kind (Blogger, MySpace, Twitter, WordPress, etc.) for yourself. Please do not create these for others and
offer them for free without obtaining permission from me first.

Scrap 4 Hire/Scrap 4 Others:
• S4H/S4O is allowed for card-making, page layouts and/or other similar services, as long as the files are given in a flattened
JPEG format or printed out. Under no circumstances are any original kit pieces, PNGs, or layered PSD, TIFF, or other files types
to be redistributed
including, but not limited to, quick pages and brag books.
• **You may not use my premade quick-pages, brag books or blogwear for your S4H/S4O business.**

You MAY NOT:
• Make alteration to graphics in any way that will take away the artistic integrity of the original creation.
• Use any graphic(s) from my work to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works. Nor is it permitted to use
content (graphic(s)) from any of my creations for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
• Share these graphics, zip files or folders (together or separately) with anyone else, if someone is interested in these graphics
then please direct them to the blogs listed above or email address listed below so that they may download or purchase it themselves.
• You are not allowed to resell, sublicense or otherwise make available the graphic(s) for use
or distribution separately or in a format designed or intended for permanent storage or re-use by others.
