public class StringWriter
extends Writer

A character stream that collects its output in a string buffer, which can
then be used to construct a string.








StringWriter()
Create a new string writer, using the default initial string-buffer
size.

StringWriter(int)
Create a new string writer, using the specified initial string-buffer
size.






close()
Close the stream.

flush()
Flush the stream.

getBuffer()
Return the string buffer itself.

toString()
Return the buffer's current value as a string.

write(char[], int, int)
Write a portion of an array of characters.

write(int)
Write a single character.

write(String)
Write a string.

write(String, int, int)
Write a portion of a string.

Create a new string writer, using the specified initial string-buffer
size.

Return the string buffer itself.



flush

public void flush()


Flush the stream.

public void close()


Close the stream. This method does not release the buffer, since its
contents might still be required.
