Double click "ImmoPlusLoader.exe"

Tip "Do you want to load previous program?".

If you use the loader first time, or you want to load another ImmoPlus,
please select "No", and drag file "ImmoPlus.exe" to this dialog. It will
be loaded automatically.
If you have ever loaded ImmoPlus program, and you still want to load it,
please select "Yes".
