Very samll arc commands being output. They do not output moves in X&Y.
Causes problem on Machine, instead of doing small arc seqment, it does a complete circle!?

Processor stops on Quads, should be X&Y output unless one axis is moving less than .00005
Convert arcs, that are not moving on X&Y, to linear moves.
