Things we've forgotten

I was talking to an Italian friend, Vera, and she told me how her mum makes wonderful homemade pasta from Sardinia, and her dad makes his own wine. Vera told me that neither she nor her sister Donatella (1) _____ make her mum's lasagne or spaghetti. But both her parents are elderly. So, when they are gone I guess that will be it!
