In Argentina we don't use TU we use VOS and we don't use VOSOTROS we use USTEDES.
Example: YOU ARE LUIS = VOS SOS LUIS (Argentina)
YOU ARE LUIS = TU ERES LUIS (Spain)
YOU ARE FRIENDS = USTEDES SON AMIGOS (Argentina)

In English and French the we have the verb TO BE and ETRE to make questions with WHO… ? and WHERE ….?
Example:

Both times you used ….. ARE YOU to ask and you used I AM to answer.
