Eating in Europe

People sometimes say that Europe has become just one big country, but I really (1) ______. Just think of all the different foods and attitudes to food that there are in European countries. For example, in Italy many people (2) _____ that it's bad for you to drink coffee after two o'clock in the afternoon, and (3) _____ that you shouldn't have a cappuccino at the end of your meal, as the English sometimes (4) _____. And what about breakfast? In Spain they sometimes eat churros, which (5) _____ of fried flour and egg, and are dipped into hot chocolate. Sometimes they have tomato and olive oil spread on toast, whereas sitting here, in Holland, at the moment we (6) _____ our usual cheese and ham for breakfast.
