Survey of public transport passenger loading (METRO)

CONCLUSIONS:

• People, who live away from the city centre travel by underground to the centre of Warsaw

• Nowadays, more and more people use underground instead of other means of transport

• In the rush hours underground is overcrowded

• A lot of people travels by underground in short distances (2-3 stations)

• Underground helps people to travel fast and without any traffic to work, home and school etc.

• The highest loading is between Pole Mokotowskie and Racławicka station

• The most people is boarding and alighting at Centrum station
