Step 1:

send a mail to [e-mail] with PW: returnpass in the subject line

Step 2: The email body

In the first line: put the complete adress of the user whose you want the password

Pass three lines

In the 5th line, write the email adress and the login (pass) you want the password sent to, in the following form:

here is an exemple:
