Disadventages:

-Destroys health (heart disease , lung cancer ) ours and others

-Crimes - many are making under the influence of drink

-Everybody has right to breathe air that is not polluted

Adventages:

-Helps to forget about our problems , relaxation , relives , stress

-It is easier to make a social contract and have a good time (pasty)

-Everybody has a right to do what he wants even to kill himself buy smiking or dinking

The problem of drinking and smoking is not in approchability of cigarettes and alcohol but in mentolity of people . When in the U.S. the prohibition was put into force , the law didn't stop people of drinking . They could go to a secret pule and buy these alcohol and mafia was making a lot of money on them
